Unlike livestream or recorded classes, Lesa views your poses on a large screen so you receive corrections as you practice!

All classes are 1 hour. If you have never used Zoom before, it is a simple program - easy to use - It's FREE! Click on the link provided after you register or go to zoom.us and enter the meeting number and passcode.

In yoga we have postures/poses used in specific order to support our health. Acupuncture is an ancient practice now recognized by Western Medicine practices. Lesa will present how to use Yoga to assess imbalance in the body and what sequences can be applied for optimal health. Laura will teach what acupressure points can do to optimize your health in general or in between sessions with your acupuncturist.
